Delivery Information

• Next day delivery from £9.95 via courier (UK mainland - restrictions apply) £12.00 via courier (Scotland), £25 via courier (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Isle of Wight), £40 via courier (Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly)

• Next day delivery when ordered before 5pm for in stock items (UK Mainland)

• Free on orders over £75 net (UK mainland - restrictions apply) and £175 net (Industrial Scotland, Highlands, N. Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly & Isle of Wight) 

• Timed deliveries also available (before 12pm, before 10:30am, before 9:30am) at an additional cost

• For international shipping (including Ireland) please contact us for a quote

• Orders outside of the UK are delivered on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) / Delivered At Place (DAP) basis and any additional fees e.g. import tax, duties etc. are payable by the buyer

• If a product is not in stock at the point of order, we will advise you of the lead time and dispatch it as soon as it is available

We are open for dispatch Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:15pm. Any orders placed after 5:00pm on weekdays will be dispatched on the next working day and any orders placed after 5:00pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the Monday. We are closed on bank holidays so should you place your order on a UK bank holiday it will be processed on the next working day.

The risk in the goods shall pass to the customer on delivery. Whilst every effort will be made to supply goods of the correct type and quality and on time the company cannot be held responsible for consequential loss or damage, however caused.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Returns

Items made to order are non-returnable.

 

The customer must notify the company within 24 hours of receipt of goods if their intention to return them and obtain a goods return number.

 

Non-faulty goods returned will be subject to a 10% handling fee and carriage costs will be at the customer’s expense. 

 

All returns must be in pristine condition and in their original packaging. If any product requires refurbishment in order to be able to sell as new, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of this from the total amount refunded. 

 

Defective goods should be returned to the company at the customer’s expense. Such returns can only be made with the company’s authorisation.

 

If the company is satisfied that the goods have been returned due to being defective, return carriage charges will be reimbursed and replacements sent.

We will only accept business on these conditions and the placing of an order signifies full acceptance of these conditions by the buyer.

 

Although every effort is made to supply goods as described, specifications are occasionally subject to change without notification due to unforeseeable circumstances. If this effects the functionality of the product you will be notified of this at time of purchase.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to establish the suitability of goods and materials for the purpose of which they are purchased.

 

Items made to order are non-returnable.

 

Offensive Weapons Act - Under the Offensive Weapons Act, it is an offence to sell knives, knife blades or any other product that may be perceived as an offensive weapon to persons under the age of 18. These products are only available for customers aged 18 or over. Customers should not order these items for persons under 18. By placing an order on our website, you agree to our terms and conditions of sale and hence confirm that you are over 18 years of age and can legally purchase products covered by the Offensive Weapons Act.

 

The goods shall remain the property of the company until payment in full has been received. The company shall reserve the right to recover the products and enter the customer’s premises using reasonable force for the purpose of doing so.

 

By placing an order, the customer is making an offer and the contract will only be formed if that order is accepted by the company. Taking payment does not constitute acceptance of the order.

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
