When the first twin wheel cutter was introduced over 25 years ago, there were only two or three brands of ACM available but now the options appear endless.
There are now many differences in the quality, thickness and compositions of both the aluminium skins and plastic cores added to the already wide dimensional tolerances of 2mm on width, 3mm on length and 5mm from corner to corner have turned a once easy-to-cut material into a challenge.
For the best results, use with the new Quick Clamps (upgrade March 2023).
- Designed to make the cutting of many brands of ACM easier despite their many tolerances
- Dramatically reduces the bend of the offcut on ACM when cutting
- Shallower exit angle and modified spacing of cutting wheels
- Supplied with all Apollo's from March 2023 onwards
